Amy specializes in working with first-time buyers, investors, sellers, and baby boomers throughout North West suburbs, as well as Chicago’s Lincoln Park, Lakeview and North Center neighborhoods. She brings strong experience from the west suburban markets of Orland Park down to Berwyn. She has a wide network of connections with brokers and vendors in those areas.

The Mongolian community in Illinois is also her niche as she herself is Mongolian. She is a member of AREAA, Asian Real Estate Association of America, a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting home ownership within the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.

Amy entered real estate because it offered great potential to grow a business from the ground up. She is passionate about educating people about real estate and guiding them through the real estate market. She also helps people take advantage of market shifts to make the most of their money.

Amy is involved with the nonprofit charity Shake, Move, Grow, which provides scholarships to college-bound students, and with the volunteer program Feed My Starving Children, where she helps pack nutritious meals for children around the world. Amy not only earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology, she plays violin, skis, sews, and paints.

She and her cat Bacchus live in Lakeview, which Amy has called home for over a decade. She most appreciates that it is walkable, urban neighborhood with plentiful parks, playgrounds, and easy access to the beach.

“Amy is the best real estate agent we have ever met. She is so patient for answering all our questions and explaining the whole process of buying house very well. Besides, she gives us so much room to make our own decisions and we really appreciate it. Since we are from China and don’t speak perfect English, Amy totally understand what we want, where we want to live and what our concern is. We would totally come back to Amy for real estate needs in the future.

Amy, thanks again. ”
